Toshiba's power semiconductor production capacity will increase 2.5 times

Toshiba plans to start mass production of power semiconductors, mainly MOSFET and IGBT, in the second half of fiscal 2024. Once the first phase of the project is fully operational, its production capacity will be 2.5 times that of the investment plan made in fiscal 2021.
