Jingcheng Technology plans to acquire Japanese PCB manufacturer Lincstech

On December 26, 2018, Optimax Technology announced that it plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Japanese PCB manufacturer Lincstech for NT$8.4 billion (approximately RMB 1.87 billion). The transaction is expected to help Optimax Technology expand its product lines such as AI servers, automotive electronics, and semiconductor testing, while also strengthening its market layout in Southeast Asia and integrating the Japanese market.
