New Clean Energy plans to jointly invest in Sino-Tech HiSilicon with its controlling shareholder

New Clean Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to jointly invest with its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Zhu Yuanzheng, to establish Wuxi Suhaixin Enterprise Management Partnership (tentative name) and jointly invest in Beijing Zhongke Haixin Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment is RMB 58.2 million. New Clean Energy, as a limited partner, will invest RMB 13.5 million, accounting for 90% of Suhaixin's partnership share, while Mr. Zhu Yuanzheng, as a general partner, will invest RMB 1.5 million, accounting for 10% of Suhaixin's partnership share.
