Jiefang SiC devices enter mass production

Jiefang Semiconductor announced that its various silicon carbide MOS and SBD products have been successfully mass-produced on the production line of Epistar Technology. Among them, a 1200V 8 milliohm SiC MOS product has been successfully taped out and achieved a high yield rate. This product is mainly used in the main drive system of new energy vehicles.
