STMicroelectronics Catania Silicon Carbide Campus to Enable Mass Production of 200mm SiC Wafers

STMicroelectronics' silicon carbide campus in Catania, Italy, will enable mass production of 200mm SiC wafers. The campus will integrate all steps of the production process, including substrate development, epitaxial growth process, wafer manufacturing and module back-end assembly.
