DeepGlint Completes Acquisition of Shenzhen Guoke Yidao Technology Co., Ltd.

On November 25, 2024, DeepGlint reviewed and approved the partial equity acquisition and capital increase plan of Shenzhen Guoke Yidao Technology Co., Ltd. The company increased the capital of the target company by RMB 50 million and purchased the equity of some shareholders of Guoke Yidao for RMB 10,328,352. In addition, DeepGlint also signed a "Concerted Action Agreement" with some shareholders of the target company, thereby achieving control over the target company. On December 25, DeepGlint announced that Shenzhen Guoke Yidao Technology Co., Ltd. had completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures for capital increase and equity transfer.
