Bojun Technology Changzhou Factory successfully produced the integrated aluminum die-casting rear floor of Ideal Automobile

Bojun Technology's Changzhou plant recently reached an important milestone, with the production of the Ideal Auto integrated aluminum die-cast rear floor successfully rolled off the production line. This integrated die-casting is manufactured by a LK 9000T die-casting unit. Bojun Technology revealed that the die-casting equipment currently in use in Changzhou Bojun includes two specifications: 5000T and 9000T; while Chengdu Bojun uses 2500T, 3500T and 5000T equipment. The company has already received some related orders, which involve products such as rear floor, shock tower, front-end module, side rear inner panel, etc., and is also actively exploring the market and developing related businesses. Mass production of integrated die-casting products is expected to start in the second quarter of next year.
