BAIC New Energy and Beijing Auto signed a 2 billion yuan capital increase agreement

BAIC New Energy has signed a Capital Increase Agreement with Beijing Auto on December 13, 2024. Beijing Auto increased its capital to BAIC New Energy by RMB 2 billion through a non-public agreement. After this capital increase, the total capital increase of BAIC New Energy reached RMB 10.15 billion.
