STMicroelectronics and BorgWarner Sign SiC Supply Agreement

STMicroelectronics announced that it will provide third-generation 750V SiC MOSFET chips for BorgWarner's Viper power module, which will be used in the electric drive inverter platform of Volvo and many other pure electric vehicles.
