Zhanxin Electronics completes automotive-grade certification and achieves mass production

Zhanxin Electronics' SiC MOSFET has completed automotive-grade certification and has cumulative mass production shipments of more than 7 million units. At the same time, it has built a 6-inch SiC wafer factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang, making it one of the few SiC chip IDM companies in China.
