Beijing, Fuzhou, Ordos and other places launched vehicle-road-cloud platform planning

Recently, Beijing, Fuzhou, Ordos and other places have launched plans for vehicle-road-cloud platforms, aiming to serve the national intelligent network and autonomous driving policies and promote the application demonstration cases of 5G V2X. Autonomous driving requires hardware facilities, including smart base stations and high-end sensors, to achieve comprehensive collection and transmission of vehicle-side information. The country has set requirements for the installation ratio of automobile OBU (on-board unit). For example, Changchun plans to reach an installation volume of 1 million vehicles by 2026.
