Jiejie Microelectric announced that the plant building of its 1.33 billion yuan power semiconductor automotive industrialization construction project has been capped and the glass curtain wall construction is currently underway. The total construction area of ​​the project is 162,000 square meters, and it mainly develops and produces automotive-grade high-power devices. It is expected to produce 1900kk automotive-grade high-power devices DFN series products, 120kk automotive-grade high-power devices TOLL series products, 90kk automotive-grade high-power devices LFPACK series products and 60kkW CSP power devices annually after reaching full production.
