Yizhu Technology and Xinyuan Semiconductor jointly promote the implementation of storage and computing technology

Yizhu Technology has cooperated with Xinyuan Semiconductor to jointly promote the development of storage-computing integrated technology based on ReRAM. Currently, Xinyuan Semiconductor and TSMC are considered to be the only companies in the market that can achieve mass production of ReRAM, and their manufacturing processes are already quite mature. Although the application of storage-computing integrated technology in fields such as AI large computing power and large models still faces many challenges, with the continuous advancement of technology, it is expected to gradually enter the commercial market in 2025-2026.
