NIO launches legal action to combat online infringement

On December 29, the legal department of NIO released a statement, sharing the company's recent actions to protect its rights and interests in accordance with the law. Some online accounts such as "Super Wade", "Political New Energy", "Electric Vehicle Chatter", etc., fabricated false information, maliciously misinterpreted the company's operating conditions, and even spread rumors about NIO's account period and other information. Other accounts such as "2018 Armored Dragon" and "Accidentally Lost Lost" posted misleading content and pictures under content related to NIO, continuously attacked NIO, and denigrated and insulted the NIO brand and users. For these actions, NIO has fixed evidence and filed lawsuits against these accounts in courts in many places.
