Samsung Electronics cooperates with multiple companies to solve problems caused by chip integration

Samsung Electronics is working with its partners, including design, post-processing companies and EDA (electronic design automation) tool companies, to solve various problems that arise during chip integration. Together, they are working to advance the integration of CPUs and GPUs.
