NTN launches new resin insulation layer bearing designed for electric vehicles e-Axle

NTN has developed a "resin-insulated bearing" for the e-Axle system of electric vehicles (EVs). The bearing has 1000V withstand voltage insulation performance, effectively suppresses electrical corrosion, and adapts to the trend of battery high voltage. The use of high-strength resin materials and optimized molding processes ensures stable operation in a wide temperature range.
