Renesas Electronics Launches SOM Solution Based on Arm Cortex-A55 and Dual Cortex-M33 MPUs to Accelerate IoT Application Development

Renesas Electronics has launched a SOM solution based on the Arm Cortex-A55 (1.1GHz) and dual Cortex-M33 (250MHz) MPUs to accelerate the development of IoT applications. The solution includes a multi-function OSM carrier board and a compatible OSM module, integrating the RZ/G3S MPU, providing high performance, high security and high flexibility. In addition, the solution also supports low power consumption mode, PCI Express interface and high-speed connection with 5G wireless modules.
