Shenzhen cancels social security restrictions on non-Shenzhen residents applying for new energy vehicle quota increment

The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the "Shenzhen City Action Plan to Promote the Replacement of Old Consumer Goods for New Consumer Goods", proposing to cancel the social security restrictions on non-Shenzhen residents applying for new energy vehicle incremental quotas, in order to support the purchase and use of new energy vehicles and increase the replacement rate of new energy vehicles. In addition, the plan also includes measures such as improving supporting facilities for new energy vehicles and accelerating the elimination and scrapping of old vehicles.
