The third phase of CanSemi's project officially went into production, boosting the rapid development of Guangdong's local integrated circuit industry

On December 28, the new 12-inch IC analog specialty process production line project (Phase III) of CanSemi held a line-opening ceremony, marking the official start of production of the Phase III project of CanSemi. The total investment of the project reached 16.25 billion yuan, covering an area of ​​280,000 square meters, with a total construction area of ​​450,000 square meters. The planned production capacity is 40,000 wafers per month, and the process technology covers 90~180nm, focusing on the construction of industrial-grade and automotive-grade analog specialty process platforms.
