NIO acquires JAC Motors factory, increasing annual production capacity to 800,000 vehicles

JAC Motors publicly listed and transferred some of its assets for RMB 4.49 billion, including two factories that manufacture for NIO. NIO's F1 factory has an annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles, and the F2 factory has an annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles. After the third factory is completed, NIO's maximum annual production capacity will reach 800,000 vehicles.
