The first phase of Junlian Electronics' silicon carbide power domain controller R&D and manufacturing project has been completed, with a total investment of 50 million yuan. The project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, and has leased an area of ​​3,528 square meters in the industrial park, including 2,305 square meters of production plant. After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 300 motor controllers and 200 electric drive assemblies.
