Hyundai Mobis launches in-vehicle 5G communication module to promote global development of "5G+V2X" comprehensive solutions

South Korea's Hyundai Mobis has successfully independently developed in-vehicle 5G communication module technology, combining communication chips, memory, radio frequency circuits and positioning systems. This technology connects the vehicle to an external control center to provide drivers with safety information and entertainment services. It is expected that by 2028, about 52 million vehicles will use this 5G remote communication module. Hyundai Mobis plans to combine 5G communication technology with V2X technology to form an integrated solution and enter the field of global autonomous driving and interconnected systems.
