BAIC New Energy and Pony.ai cooperate to develop L4 autonomous driving models

At the BAIC New Energy Artificial Intelligence Technology Day event on November 2, BAIC New Energy and Pony.ai signed a technical cooperation agreement on the development of L4 driverless models. The two parties will jointly promote the large-scale implementation of autonomous driving travel services (Robotaxi) with the goal of mass-producing Robotaxi models with fully unmanned commercial capabilities. According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in the development of fully unmanned Robotaxi models based on the Alpha T5 model of the Arcfox and the seventh-generation autonomous driving software and hardware system solutions of Pony.ai.
