According to the latest notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Finance, financial departments at all levels must take the lead in using new energy vehicles and ensure that new energy vehicles account for no less than 30% of the total annual official vehicle purchases. For certain types of official vehicles, such as confidential communications, 100% of them will be purchased from new energy vehicles. In addition, when purchasing vehicle leasing services, new energy vehicles should be given priority.
