Archimedes Semiconductor completes over 400 million yuan in financing to accelerate product development and production

Since its establishment, Archimedes Semiconductor has successfully completed financing of more than 400 million yuan with its strong technical research and development strength and product innovation capabilities. These funds will be used to support the company's research and development and production of SiC/IGBT modules and discrete devices in the fields of new energy vehicles and photovoltaic energy storage and charging. At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 600,000 automotive-grade modules, 800,000 photovoltaic storage and charging modules, and 12 million discrete devices, and is building a production line with an annual output of 500,000 SiC plastic-encapsulated modules.
