Luxshare Precision acquires 50.1% stake in Leoni

In order to promote the globalization of the company's automotive business and enhance the competitiveness of automotive wiring harness products in the global market, Luxshare Precision reviewed and approved the proposal to acquire a 50.1% stake in Leoni in September 2024. Leoni is a global supplier of wire, cable and wiring harness system solutions, with businesses covering multiple industries such as automotive manufacturing, communications and medical equipment.
