UDrive Innovation Autonomous Driving Company is about to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Chinese autonomous driving company Youjia Innovation, also known as MINIEYE, plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company has applied to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for overseas listing and plans to issue no more than 138 million shares of overseas listed common stock. In addition, the company's 56 shareholders also plan to convert their approximately 270 million domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed shares.
