Ford adjusts executive bonuses as performance declines

Ford plans to reduce bonuses for executives to 65% of total bonuses as the company's performance slumps, according to people familiar with the matter. Chief Executive Officer Jim Farley told a staff meeting that the automaker needs to accelerate efforts to improve quality and reduce costs.
