Shanghai Xiba invested in the construction of a silicon-carbon negative electrode material production and sales base in Yiting District, Hubei Province

Shanghai Xiba (603200) announced that it will cooperate with the People's Government of Xiaoting District, Yichang City, Hubei Province to jointly develop the silicon-carbon negative electrode material industry and establish a production and sales base locally. In addition, in order to promote the expansion of battery materials business, the company will invest 379.8 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiaoting District, focusing on the production project of homogeneous silicon-carbon negative electrode materials with an annual output of 5,000 tons.
