Gess Aerospace completes A+ round of financing of more than 1 billion yuan to promote the development of commercial aerospace

Shanghai Gesi Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (Gesi Aerospace) announced on December 30 that it had completed a round of A+ financing of more than 1 billion yuan. This round of financing was supported by major investors such as the National Development and Reform Commission's Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund, National Development and Reform Commission's Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Guosheng Capital, and Xinwei Capital. Gesi Aerospace was established in January 2022 and is a commercial aerospace company focusing on the research and development, design, and intelligent manufacturing of civil and commercial satellites. In October this year, the second batch of networking satellites of the Qianfan constellation developed by the company was successfully launched in a "one-shot 18-satellite" manner.
