BYD establishes a postdoctoral innovation and practice base to advance a new chapter in talent training

In 2017, BYD established a postdoctoral innovation and practice base, opening a new chapter in the training of postdoctoral talents. BYD has gradually formed a postdoctoral training pattern of "three stations and four bases" in Shenzhen, Chongqing and Xi'an, and has joined forces with 15 first-class universities and 35 first-level disciplines across the country, invited more than 1,000 first-class mentors including 3 academicians and more than 10 Yangtze River Scholars, and trained nearly 1,600 postdoctoral fellows in total. At present, BYD has nearly 1,400 postdoctoral fellows in the station, ranking first in the country, and the retention rate after leaving the station is as high as 100%.
