Delaware judge questions Musk's massive pay package

Delaware Chief Judge Kathleen McCormick has challenged Tesla CEO Elon Musk's $55 billion pay deal in a shareholder lawsuit filed in state court. If the appeal fails, Musk could lose his position as the world's richest man and fall to third place.
