BYD establishes postdoctoral innovation practice base to cultivate top talents

In order to improve the quality of talent training, BYD established a postdoctoral innovation and practice base in 2017, opening a new chapter in postdoctoral talent training. So far, BYD has formed a postdoctoral training pattern of "three stations and four bases" in Shenzhen, Chongqing and Xi'an, and has trained nearly 1,600 postdoctoral fellows in total in cooperation with 15 first-class universities and 35 first-level disciplines across the country.
