Before Horizon Robotics' IPO, the core founding team retained control

Before the IPO, the company's core founding team, including CEO Yu Kai, CTO Huang Chang and COO Tao Feiwen, owned 14.85%, 3.35% and 1.45% of the company's share capital respectively, with corresponding voting rights of 53.46%, 12.05% and 5.23%. The founding team still has absolute control over the company.
