GAC Aion cooperates with Didi Autonomous Driving to build driverless taxis

GAC Aion and Didi Autonomous Driving have established a joint venture company, "Andi Technology", to build driverless taxis. The new company was also approved for business license in April and can be put into formal operation. According to the plan, the first batch of L4-level autonomous driving taxis of Andi Technology will be mass-produced next year, with a planned volume of 100,000 units.
