Tesla's new progress in wireless charging

Tesla has made new breakthroughs in wireless charging technology, and they have applied for four related patents in 2024. These patents include short-circuit switches to reduce ground leakage current in inductive charging, temperature sensors and their applications in wireless charging, wireless charging circuit topologies and related manufacturing methods, and wireless charging parameter estimation. Tesla's chief designer Franz von Holzhausen also recently confirmed that the company is developing a wireless charging pad.
