O.R.G. signed an investment agreement with SVOLT Energy to jointly promote the new energy battery structural parts project

On October 28, Oregan Technology Co., Ltd. and Honeycomb Energy Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed an investment agreement, a plant lease agreement, a strategic cooperation framework agreement and a procurement cooperation agreement on a new energy battery structural parts project with an annual output of 72 million sets in Jingdezhen High-tech Zone, Jiangxi Province. The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and aims to provide precision structural parts and supporting services for new energy battery manufacturers. It mainly develops and manufactures covers, shells and other structural parts for power and energy storage batteries. After the project reaches full production, the total output value is expected to exceed 1.5 billion yuan.
