Pallidus cancels plans to relocate and build a new factory

According to the American Herald, Pallidus, a New York-based silicon carbide material manufacturer, has decided to terminate its plans to relocate and build a new factory. The relocation plan, which was originally planned to start in the third quarter of 2023, was not implemented, possibly due to changes in market conditions. Pallidus was founded in 2015 and mainly produces pure M-SiC™ silicon carbide powder.
