More than 500 employees have sought rights through labor arbitration. It is reported that Hexin Technology issued an announcement as early as June this year, notifying employees that their salaries for April and May will be delayed. To date, employees have not received all their due wages. In addition, the company has canceled the 2023 performance bonus and reduced employee salaries by 30% from October 1, 2024, while requiring employees to sign a statement of voluntary waiver of social insurance and provident fund.
