Xinyue Energy's silicon carbide wafer chip production line enters mass production

Xinyue Energy's silicon carbide wafer chip production line has now successfully entered the mass production stage, reaching a monthly production capacity of 10,000 pieces. These products include a series of automotive-grade and industrial-grade silicon carbide chip products such as 1200V, 16 milliohms/35 milliohms, and have signed tape-out contracts with more than 40 customers, covering most of the country's silicon carbide chip design companies, including many OEMs and sample verification customers.
