CATL signs large-scale energy storage order

CATL has once again secured an order in the overseas large-scale energy storage market, this time signing a supply contract with Spanish renewable energy developer Grenergy. Grenergy will use CATL's EnerX battery energy storage system in the Oasisde Atacama project in Chile. The project, which has been called "the world's largest energy storage project", is expected to increase its energy storage capacity and solar photovoltaic installed capacity.
