NXP's MMIC products and solutions in the field of automotive millimeter-wave radar

NXP has had a long-term cooperation with Continental since the Freescale era, providing MMIC chips (based on SiGe technology) and radar MCUs for Continental's ARS300 and ARS400 series. NXP's MMIC products include MR2001, MR3003, TEF810x ​​(Dolphin), TEF82xx and SAF85xx. These products have their own characteristics to meet the needs of different scenarios and applications. For example, the MR2001 chip set uses SiGe technology and includes a VCO chip, a 2-channel transmitter chip and a 3-channel receiver chip.
