Dongfeng Honda and GAC Honda recall some hybrid vehicles due to battery problems

Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. and Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. announced that they will recall some domestically produced hybrid models from November 1, 2024 due to possible damage to the negative terminal of the power battery. Dongfeng Honda will recall 175 hybrid Civic series vehicles, while Guangqi Honda will recall 34 hybrid Xingge and hybrid Zhizai series vehicles. The recall is to address possible power system failures and safety risks.
