The drive motor has two main functions: one is to convert the electric energy of the power battery into driving force, and the other is to generate electric energy through the regenerative braking of the drive wheels, converting the kinetic energy of the vehicle into electric energy to charge the power battery. During driving, the drive motor sends AC power to the stator coil through the power transistor, generating a rotating magnetic field, which in turn drives the rotor to rotate. During regenerative braking, the rotor coil rotates, changing the magnetic flux around it, causing electromagnetic induction, generating AC electromotive force in the stator coil, and finally charging the power battery.
