ASE Holdings expands CoWoS advanced packaging capacity

Siliconware Precision Industries, a subsidiary of ASE Technology Group, plans to invest NT$419 million to acquire the land use rights of the Erlin Park in Changhua, Taiwan, with a lease term of up to 42 years. This move is aimed at expanding the production capacity of CoWoS advanced packaging.
