Xingyao Semiconductor's 5G RF filter chip production line project is launched

Xingyao Semiconductor's 5G RF filter chip production line project was officially launched in August 2023. The project is located in Wenzhou Bay New District with a total investment of 750 million yuan. It is mainly used to build an RF filter chip wafer manufacturing production line. After completion, it will produce 120,000 RF filter wafers annually.
