Volkswagen nominates new directors to join Guoxuan High-tech

Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. nominated Mr. Rainer Ernst Seidl as a candidate for non-independent director of the ninth board of directors of Guoxuan High-tech. Mr. Seidl's appointment has been approved by the company's board of directors' nomination committee. He will replace the former company director Ms. Andrea Nahmer and serve as a member of the company's ninth board of directors' strategy committee, audit committee, and compensation and assessment committee.
