BYD added 133,400 employees, and Geely added 11,000 employees

Data shows that in 2023, BYD will increase its staff by 133,400, Geely will increase its staff by 11,000, and Changan, Weilai and Ideal will also increase their staffing to varying degrees. BYD in particular will recruit 31,800 people from campus in 2023. Although the number of campus recruits has been reduced this year, the proportion of master's and doctoral students is as high as 67%, of which 10% are doctors, and 78% are all R&D positions, which makes BYD known as the "new big factory" in the automotive industry outside of Internet cars.
