SweGaN and RFHIC form strategic partnership

SweGaN of Linköping, Sweden, and RFHIC of South Korea have announced a strategic partnership. RFHIC specializes in the design and manufacture of GaN RF and microwave high-power semiconductor components and hybrid modules, which are widely used in wireless communications, defense and aerospace, RF energy and other fields. The cooperation between the two parties will include joint research and development and new product development.
