The DoIP protocol consists of four parts, namely ISO 13400-1, ISO 13400-2, ISO 13400-3 and ISO 13400-4. ISO 13400-1 contains general information and defines the application scenarios of DoIP. ISO 13400-2 describes the transport layer and network services, including different communication stages of the protocol, and is the main part of the protocol. ISO 13400-3 is a document specifically describing Ethernet wired transmission based on IEEE802.3. ISO 13400-4 is a document used to describe high-speed data link connectors based on Ethernet, and also contains the vehicle OBD interface definition.
